Terms and Conditions for DevOps and Cloud Computing Training Course

1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Registration Fees: The registration fee is included as part of the overall school fees and must be paid upon submission of the online registration form.
1.2. Course Fees: The total course fee can be paid in full or in monthly installments as specified in the payment plan.
1.3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made online via our secure payment portal using credit/debit cards or other accepted payment methods.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. Withdrawal Before One Week: If a student withdraws from the course within the first week, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fees paid.
2.2. Withdrawal After One Week: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after attending classes for one week.

3. Installment Payments
3.1. Due Dates: Installment payments are due on the 1st of every month.
3.2. Late Payments:

If an installment payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 5% of the installment amount will be applied.
If an installment payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to remove the student from the classes until the outstanding payment is made.
4. Class Participation
4.1. Camera Requirement: Students are required to have their cameras on during class sessions unless otherwise approved by the instructor.
4.2. Non-Compliance: We reserve the right to remove students from the class if their cameras are off without prior approval from the instructor.

5. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
5.1. Course Materials: All course materials provided are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
5.2. Intellectual Property: The content of the course, including but not limited to lectures, course materials, and assignments, remains the intellectual property of the course provider.

6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Professional Behavior: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
6.2. Misconduct: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.

7. Liability
7.1. Limitation of Liability: The course provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the course.

8. Changes to the Course
8.1. Course Schedule: The course provider reserves the right to modify the course schedule, content, or instructors as necessary.
8.2. Notification: Students will be notified of any significant changes to the course schedule or content in a timely manner.

9. Agreement
9.1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in the course, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
